Spectra® Soft Margarine has built a strong reputation in the food service industry on the basis of two things: premium quality and unbeatable value. Its smooth, buttery character and easy spreadability make it equally effective as a table margarine, a baking fat, and a light pan frying medium.
In baking, it produces excellent results in cakes, cookies, icings, and pastries. In griddle and light pan frying, its properties contribute to a light, pleasant mouthfeel in finished products. Available in a range of sizes from 5kg for smaller kitchens to 20kg for industrial-scale users.
