From our federally inspected plant, we cater to different types of businesses in the food industry. Distributors, restaurants, bakeries, food processing plants, supermarket chains, and many others rely on us for a wide array of packaged products as well as oil and shortening in bulk. To maintain quality service and increase inventory, we added 6,000 sq. ft. to our 10,000 sq. ft. Spectra facilities in 2004. The expansion means more storage space, new refrigerators, two new loading docks, and a garage to provide even faster and more dependable delivery. All these measures were undertaken to guarantee that our growth would translate into even better service for our customers.
